Who Is October Rules Fest and what is it's relationship to Dallas Rules Group ?

October Rules Fest is a separate entity from Dallas Rules Group, though 3 of tthe 4 founders of Dallas Rules Group are also Principals of the October Rules Fest.

These are the principals of October Rules Fest, who are also founders of Dallas Rules Group:

  • Rolando Herndandez

These three people are entirely responsible for the excellent program and occassion that is October Rules Fest. Please give all the credit to them for their hard work and brilliance in bringing this great occassion together.

Who Is Dallas Rules Group ?

Dallas Rules Group is the continuation of work started in 2005 by James Owen, who dedicated many Saturday afternoons attempting to teach many of us the basics of
